天真无邪

在戏院里，最怕是有整部戏都在吵闹的小孩。

刚刚看完刚上映的Rio，几乎大家都笑个不停。

这部戏本身已经好好笑了，时不时还有个小孩天真无邪的笑声，全场都笑了，令这部更为好笑。

对，是天真无邪。

First roll result

Finally, I developed it and bring the CD back. While on the way back, I was wondering why they only gave CD without hard copy.

And my friend who borrow and intro the "film" to me ask:"who will still want hard copy when it is already digitized?"

And my answer is "me lo". As I still relating film with hard copy photo. :p

Anyway, let's share some of my shots.

This roll started from the Malacca trip. Played with some other tricks like double exposure but it didn't come out well. I guess like what I told him, I am not digital and not analog now, half here half there, no 3 no 4.

新工作，新环境。

2010年12月24日，圣诞节前夕，没有工作的第二天，我以AM脚逛街去。

2010 没了，2011也过了两天。好多想写得都还没写下，就先从这开始吧。

第一家公司，两个部门，三年半的时间，2010年12月22日终于告一段落。

学了很多， 了解了很多，尝试了很多，认识了很多。

有人问我有没有不舍。为了向前看，为了见识不同的事物，我想外出走走。

有人问我会不会后悔。哪想得了这么多。

当然，在公司里认识的同事好友门，我会很想念你们的。

临别前，不忘照一照。

别了旧的，愿明天会更好。

死党的婚礼

这群死党中第一个婚礼终于圆满完成。

星期四早上喝了杯咖啡加上傍晚去游泳，回家后蛮精神的，就修修周末的照片。

昨天，我度过了我人生中的第28个8月28日，我的牛一。

我的幸福

8月6日晚上，去巴厘岛的前一晚，我的他把这小盒子给我。

简单温馨的方式，他就这样的向我求婚。

7年前，他要我做他的女朋友。

7年后的这天，我答应与他白头偕老。

我想他会是我的幸福。

又一个10公里以后

自Adidas Sundown Marathon 以后，没有自律的我再一次缺乏准备地应战今天的 Shape Run '10。庆幸的没有半途晕倒，顺利地跑完整个路程。小朋友们别学，这是错误的示范。

回家路上，想着为自己弄点午餐。

一块一块，一片一片。

成了一碗热腾腾的ABC汤。

下一个长跑，9月5日Singapore Yellow Ribbon Prison Run （没有记错的话）。AM，你要自律点，练习吧！ 加油！

Cold Sore revisit

Went to see doctor today. My first time when to this in-house clinic in Depot 1 building. Most likely I won't want to go there for the 2nd time unless necessary. The doctor I saw today is just too "professional" till I almost rate her as the worst doctor I ever met. Instead of telling me what my sickness is, she told the nurse to inform me to search on the internet what is "cold sore" after I came out from her room. Anyway, she is not the main topic here.

Thus out of curiosity and being a good girl who listen to what doctor says, while on the way to lunch, I search for this "cold sore".

"Cold sore" is actually small, painful blisters which appeared around lips, mouth or nose. I called it "tweety" lips whenever it appears at the center of my upper lips. It can be a group of a few blisters or a few blisters merge together become one big one. It caused by a virus, Herpes Simplex Virus which is not able to be totally eliminated from the body once being infected according to most of the dr I visited and the website I search for this information.

As the virus is not able to be fully eliminated from the body, this cold sore will recur every now and then. For my case, I've seriously lost count on how many times I had this since year 2000, or even earlier than that.

How did I got first infected? I do not know. However, from the website, it was saying that the virus can be spread via contact or via saliva. Alhough it would be higher possibility to spread to others when the blister started to pop out till it is dried off, the virus can also be spread even the "patient" does not have the cold sore at that particular moment (very least possibility though). Thus still, I have to be more careful when sharing or having meal with others.

Having the tweety lips again now. So painful. Best if someone can found out something which can help to fully cure this cold sore thingy before I am too old to do anything. Anyone?

游泳

好久没有运动了，就好像好久没有在这可怜的部落格留言般。给了自己太多太多的借口了。（*-*）
今天，答应自己，无论如何，不管怎样，都一定一定要去游泳。
在这办公室其中一个好处，游泳池就在三分钟路程可到的地方。赞！！
终于，放工时间一到，脱掉外套，拿了游泳需要的东西，急急脚地朝泳池前进。
太久没游了，宽容自己，只游了20圈（来回=2圈；1圈25m) （有点骗吃hor ；p)
好了，要去吃饭了。拜拜

前些日子，有个同事告诉我，他刚进公司的时候以为我不会笑的。
前几天，同事A告诉同事B说，“你太搞笑了啦，连AM都笑了。”

笑是自己和他人可以感受到的。
同事说的，是一些自己已经察觉到的。
为何如此？不解。
只是，最近有在提醒自己，要笑。
要笑得开心。
要笑得有自信。
要笑得灿烂。
要笑得把笑这“病毒”传染给身边的人。

我有在努力。
虽然要提醒自己笑是有点可悲，但是最起码笑容在脸上出现，我想是件好事吧。

送别会

在等待德国对乌拉圭球赛的当儿，填填自己的部落格，相信用来打发时间还不错吧。
几个小时前，与一群朋友为一位即将搭七个小时飞机到远方公干几年的朋友搞了个送行聚会。也没有什么搞的，就是去了一家可以任吃槟城食物的餐馆大吃。
离别嘛，通常与悲伤划上等号。可是可能离开的和送行的都知道这是离开的想要的旅程，伤感也还没什么。
与平时一样，有我们的地方都会很热闹。大家你一句我一句的，说了很多也笑了很多。
蛋糕领出来的时候，是九岁还是九十岁？把小妹妹给弄糊涂了。就连餐馆的服务生在清楚跟她说明之前也自己帮我们拿主意，只插了三支大蜡烛。她没有错，我们群里最年长的，也还没到三十。九支是预算了先与他预祝未来三年的生日。三回同样英文版的生日歌，让餐馆更为热闹。
朋友，一个人在外，多加照顾自己，一切顺顺利利哦。

想想

好久没写些什么了，今天就想随便乱写。
乱写什么？
不知道。
想了很久。
就像是每天想要吃什么，想要去哪里等等的问题，
好久才有答案。
人生真的就应该这样吗？
还是要非常明确的知道前面的路该怎么走？
相信很多人都会有自己的一番见解。
我的呢？
我想我应该好好想想自己是怎么样的想法。

Braces removed

Yesterday, ah ne ne removed the braces already. Upper and lower. Just cut cut cut and the whole thing been removed.

After 1.5 years, the pain, the sore have given me a set of very nice looking and well-aligned teeth.

So tired now, let continue after having a rest. ;) stay tune...

Last few dental appointments

I went to my dental appointment again today, in fact it was yesterday as it is now passed 12 already. I've been visiting him more frequent for the past two months. Initially was once a month but it became fortnightly 3 months ago and now is every week since 2 months ago. Ah ne ne (a nick I called my dentist cause he is the only Indian dentist in the clinic that time when I first met him, my first appointment with him. no discrimination here. apologize if anyone felt offended.) said he is trying to close some of the gap and need me to visit him more often. And thus, I became the regular patient as what his supervisor said.

In these two months visit, he did quite a lot on my teeth.

Every week different style of elastic band, have to put on 24/7. (zombie style, vampire style, half frankenstein style etc, from can still eat with wearing the band till can't even move my teeth at all now.)
Re-shaping and grinding my teeth almost every 2 weeks.
Do another mold. Did one in my very first visit. posted the photo in my FB
Took 5 x-ray. 2 in new building and 3 in old building which x-ray on film.
and etc...

From very complicated case as what he used to put beside his mouth to a really good case which he was asked by his supervisor to present my case in his exam. I think he is considered quite a good dentist. And so do his supervisor, she is very professional. I should thank both him (Dr Kaval) and his supervisor (Dr Tan if I am not wrong, hehe) as well.

And yesterday, he told me that the braces might be able to remove either next week or the week after. Mix feeling, of course I felt excited and looking forward. 但是，就是有种莫名的不知所措。(sorry have to use chinese for this as I really can't think of how to write it in english.)

Anyway, let's see the result in two weeks time. ;)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I am not a Christian nor from a family who celebrate Christmas. However, I like Christmas. Guess I like to see people celebrating Christmas joyfully. Gift exchange, house decorations, Christmas dinner with friends and family, etc... These are something which full of joy.

Thus, wish all of you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in this wonderful period. ;)

Run Race

Later, I was suppose to wake up at 5am so that I can make it to the HP Family Day X-country run on time. But still, I am awake now. Not a good habit for a person who are going to take part in a run race soon. (those reading please do not try this, as I have been trained to do the special action. hahhahaha... copy those special action performance show notice)

Back to the run race. I guess I am a little bit of crazy already. In less than 6 hours time, I will start running for the HP X-country run 5km. This 5km should be achievable as in should be able to be completed easily.

But, within less than 21 hrs after I reach the finishing point, I will need to start running again for another run race I registered a few months ago. That is the Safra Army Singapore Bay Run (sth like that, lazy to confirm the name. someone out there might want to check it out? haha) for a total of 21km route.

As listed in one of my previous post, my this year is full with a lot of run race. If not wrong, after that post, I registered two more run race events.
011109 - Great Eastern 10km run (exclusively for women only)
061209 - Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (I crazily registered myself for the full marathon which is the 42.195km run)

I wonder why did I register for so many run race. Not that I can run fast enough to win the competition and win myself some pocket money. Moreover, I need to pay for those run race I registered, except for HP X-country run and Corporate Triathlon 09 which fully sponsor by HP. HP also partly sponsor for the SCSM this year as I join as corporate race (FYI, the run itself got no difference between individual or corporate runner in term of starting point/time, just the corporate will accummulate point for every finisher who register under their corporate and compete with other corporate).

Guess what I can do is keep running since I have already registered myself in the run.
